lávese las manos con jabón (preferiblemente jabón líquido antibacteriano no perfumado), luego enjuague y séquese las manos con una toalla que no suelte pelusa.
Comprueba que la lente no esté al revés
Para hacer esto, simplemente coloque la lente en la punta de su dedo y sosténgala hacia la luz. Si los bordes se ensanchan, está al revés. Algunas lentes tienen 1, 2, 3; indicador: asegúrese de que los dígitos no estén al revés. Debe verse como un cuenco con bordes rectos.
Usando tu mano derecha
Sujete suavemente el párpado superior con un dedo para que no parpadee ni le estorben las pestañas, y tire con cuidado del párpado inferior hacia abajo con los otros dedos.
Mueve la lente de contacto
hacia tu ojo constantemente. Mire hacia arriba mientras lo coloca en su ojo, suelte lentamente el párpado y cierre el ojo por un momento para permitir que la lente se asiente. Repita para su otro ojo.
IMPORTANTE: Nunca enjuague sus lentes de contacto o su estuche con agua del grifo.
